Hobo Breakfast Treat

  • 2 LBS. Hot pork sausage
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg. Ore-Ida O'Brien frozen potatoes, defrosted

Brown pork sausage in Dutch oven. Drain grease, but leave enough to brown potatoes.  Add O'Brien potatoes (these already have onion and green pepper added) and brown.  Add eggs and stir until eggs are set.  Serve with biscuits.
