Egg-Dog Bake

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1⁄2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 cup potato flakes
  • 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 package hot dogs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix eggs, milk, cooking oil, potato flakes, salt and pepper thoroughly. Add finely chopped onions and bite size pieces of hot dogs to mixture. Pour into hot Dutch oven and bake 10 to 20 minutes. Can be turned over and browned on all sides, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Charcoal Hints:
Use a 12" Dutch oven and use bottom heat only.
