Cheese and Garlic Drop Biscuits

  • 2 cups BISQUICK ORIGINAL BAKING MIX
  • 2/3 cup MILK
  • 1 cup LONGHORN CHEESE, grated
  • 1⁄2 tsp. GARLIC POWDER
  • BUTTER or MARGARINE

Mix Bisquick, milk, cheese and garlic powder into soft, sticky dough (do not knead).  Drop spoonfuls of dough onto un-greased baking sheet (inverted aluminum pan lid) raised above bottom of Dutch oven with small balls of aluminum foil.  Bake in hot Dutch oven until brown (450?F, 10-15 min).  Serve with butter or margarine, makes around 10 biscuits.
