CAMPER'S BREAKFAST

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cans Spam
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • Oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Heat 1 inch of oil in large skillet. Add potatoes and onions and cook until potatoes are soft.  Drain oil.  Add eggs, milk, and Spam. Stir constantly until eggs are set. Serve.
