Breakfast Casserole

  • 10 slightly beaten eggs
  • 6 slices of bread cut up
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
  • 11⁄2  cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Mustard

Preheat Dutch oven.  Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.  Lightly grease the Dutch oven, and place the ingredients in.  Cook for 45 minutes.

HINTS:
Use 15 briquettes on top and 9 briquettes on the bottom of the oven.
